    i made this, and after browning the brisket using kitchen bouquet browning sauce wrapped brisket, onion, and garlic totally in aluminum foil put this in a roasting pan covered with aluminum foil and cooked according to direction. i then used the juices left over from the braise to cook my cabbage. Great, moist, flavorable, and delicious

    Perfect amount of time and so tasty! Couldn't cut it against the grain because it literally fell apart when I removed it from the pressure cooker!
