Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bow-tie pasta (1/2 pound or pasta of choice)
  • 1 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing (or Mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (sliced or cut into bite-sized pieces, baked, left-over, rotisserie, I used three average-sized, boneless chicken breasts that I gently simmered until just cooked through)
  • 2 cups purple grapes (seedless, cut in half)
  • 6 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (sliced in rings or chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed, or blanched asparagus or green beans)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (to your liking Can substitute, chives, dill...)
  • ground pepper (to taste)
