Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon (fried crisp)
  • 2 cans baked beans (16 oz. size, drained)
  • 1/2 green pepper (seeded)
  • onion (1/2 med., chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (hickory smoke)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours. (High setting for 2 to 3 hours.)
  3. Stir quite often.
