Delicious! We are onion-aholics though, so I sautéed a chopped onion about a minute before adding the mushrooms. It also gave a bit of depth to the sauce. My chops were very thick, so I prepared a cookie sheet with foil and put them in the oven at 400 degrees (f) when I was done searing them. The timing was perfect! They finished cooking while I made the mushrooms and the sauce.

my husband and i thought it was amazing defiantly cooking again
I used some very thin chops and bourbon for this. sauce had a lot of flavor,but could have been thicker. mushrooms had a ton of flavor.
