Have made this twice using chicken instead of pork and it turns out great every time. I always serve over pasta but imagine it would be just as good over rice or potatoes.

This is a great dish. Very easy and the family loved it. I did split the liquid half stock and half wine. Will definitely make this again.

This was SO good! Restaurant quality. I followed the recipe exactly and next time I might cut the amount of red pepper flakes in half as it was a tad too spicy for the kids.

I made this tonight for the first time. I followed the recipe to a tee except I added a bit of yellow and red bell peppers. The sauce was thinner than i preferred, but i just added a bit of flour to thicken. You could probably cut the stock and heavy cream portions in half. Also, the red pepper flakes gave it more spice, which I liked, but I wouldn't recommend if cooking for children.
