I made this tonight for the first time. I followed the recipe to a tee except I added a bit of yellow and red bell peppers. The sauce was thinner than i preferred, but i just added a bit of flour to thicken. You could probably cut the stock and heavy cream portions in half. Also, the red pepper flakes gave it more spice, which I liked, but I wouldn't recommend if cooking for children.

This turned out REALLY good! The sauce has endless possibilities! I actually use pork chops with bone in and it still turned out a really good. My picky eater even asked to have the sauce with pasta!

This recipe was delicious even my husband who doesn't like pork enjoyed it! I agree you can cut down on half and half a bit, even with four pork chops there was plenty of cream sauce. My biggest problem was constant interruptions from "Google contest" which made it difficult to read all of cooking instructions at once. Tasted great really tender. Sauce was slightly spicey
