    It turned out great! Definitely going to repeat it this recipe. I tweaked it a little bit and made fries instead of potatoes but they came out great!

    It turned out great. I microwaved the potatoes instead of boiling them. Came out great.

    Very flavourful and yummy! Added some diced bacon and onions to entice the kids and sunflower seeds for crunch as I had no mustard seeds

    I doubled the spices per some of the suggestions from the reviews and it came out perfectly yummy!

    At the suggestion of other reviewers, I upped the proportions of spices so they wouldn’t be bland. I also added a couple of additional spices. I liked them but they didn’t beat out my other favorite skillet potato recipes.

    I had 4 medium Yukon gold potatoes and wish I had doubled the seasoning. They were a pretty color but bland.

    Jake Pederson You may not have noticed but the potatoes were supposed to be boiled and already cooked before you started the recipe, look at the list of ingredients !

    They were a little raw. cooked them about 30mins longer than suggested and they were good. Not sure if the potatoes are supposed be raw or not but for me i prefer them cooked longer. As far as the seasoning it was delicious.

    I now make a variant of this weekly. It’s wonderfully easy and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. I’d like to try another variant with sweet potatoes soon.

    Bombay potatoes was sooooooo yummmmy light fry in the pan and then finished off in the oven, clear plates all way round 👍
