- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen whole)
- 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry (Greek non fat, & honey kefir)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (100%)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

I loved it! I substituted the strawberries for more raspberries and it was awesome!
