  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (I chose to make my own by adding 1/2 Tbs. of lemon juice to milk)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 lemon (to taste1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.)
