    Great texture, moist with nice flavour. Definitely a favourite bran muffin recipe.

    Used coconut oil in place of veg, about2/3 of the sugar and honey. Also used 1/2 wheat and 1/2 oatbran. Used frozen blueberries. These were awesome! . Tangy, sweet, crunchy on the outside and soft and moist on inside. I’ll make these again and again...
