  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (this is optional if cinnamon isn't your thing, leave it out)
  • 1/2 cup bananas (very ripe, mashed, 1 large)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar (optional, for sprinkling on top)
