Nice and moist. Had to cook about 20 minutes more than recommended.

Excellent recipe, great balance of flavor. My only suggestion is that the baking time is too short. You need at least 1 hour for it to set bake all the way through.

maybe the flour could be replaced with almond flour and the butter with coconut oil?
