- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 12 fluidounces wing sauce (or bottle hot chicken)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 16 ounces blue cheese dressing

A tasty chicken dip, even though I found that the measurements for the ingredients were a bit off; using one whole bottle of wing sauce will make the dip very runny, and there is no need for an entire bottle of blue cheese dressing either. I used half the wing sauce, which was plenty for the 2 chicken breasts, and just enough of the blue cheese dressing to cover the shredded chicken sufficiently. I also mixed just three tablespoons of butter with fat-free cream cheese to layer the baking tray. This was a good snack served with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
