- pie shell (1 ea. ready to bake)
- russet potatoes (2 ea.)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion (minced)
- granny smith apples (2 ea.)
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (Alouette)
- 1 cup salad (baby Arugula)
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Place ready to bake pie shell on a flat surface and begin crimping the edges around the whole shell.
- Slide onto sheet tray or pizza stone and bake until slightly brown, then remove from oven.
