Ingredients

vegetable oil
2 tomatoes (large, ripe)
1 chile pepper (green)
salt
1 lemon
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salt

Directions

1Heat a skillet on medium heat. Coat the skillet with vegetable oil.
2Cook the tomatoes and chile pepper for about 5 minutes until the pepper softens. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3Add the tomatoes, pepper, and salt to a food processor. Puree well until a sauce forms.
4Pour the sauce into a bowl and add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together and serve.
