This tomato sauce can be used in a variety of ways. It can be the base of thin salsa, used in soups or poured over beef. Many of our dinner guests ask to dip their tortilla chips in it. The only addition I make to it is to toss in a handful of fresh, chopped cilantro. It’s an excellent sauce for your creativity!
