Just brought this out of the oven and I know I'll make it again. I used about 5 "large" kaiser rolls out of a bakery 6 pack and it worked perfectly.

Great recipe for old bread I put ends of bread loafs in freezer . When I have enough I slice and dice and make this recipe .

Absolutely perfect! Made this for a family celebration and EVERYONE loved it (which is never the case). I will definitely be making this again!!!

Turned out awesome! For spices, I only used a 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 tsp cardamom. I also used only 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup organic unbleached sugar, then drizzled maple syrup over top before baking. I made it ahead & refrigerated for about 8 hours before baking. I will definitely make it again. My whole family loved it!

Great recipe. I used 4 bolillo loaves added a little extra vanilla, clove and cinnamon, though. The whole pan was finished by the end of the night.

Really delicious, I didn’t have cloves and didn’t add a pinch of salt. I used shortening instead of butter and it was great!
