Bread pudding is one of my husband's favorite and this was a big hit. Quick and easy to make also.

Turned out awesome! For spices, I only used a 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 tsp cardamom. I also used only 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup organic unbleached sugar, then drizzled maple syrup over top before baking. I made it ahead & refrigerated for about 8 hours before baking. I will definitely make it again. My whole family loved it!
Great recipe. I used 4 bolillo loaves added a little extra vanilla, clove and cinnamon, though. The whole pan was finished by the end of the night.

Really delicious, I didn’t have cloves and didn’t add a pinch of salt. I used shortening instead of butter and it was great!

Perfect, if you don’t like nuts and raisins in it. Just like Grannies!
