Ingredients

2 sheets gelatin (4 grams)
150 milliliters cream (liquid)
150 milliliters syrup (orgeat)
250 grams strawberries
50 grams brown sugar

Directions

1Soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.
2In a saucepan, heat the cream and almond syrup to boiling.
3Turn off the heat, add the gelatin, and stir well.
4Pour into silicone molds or glasses. Let thicken for at least 4 hours in a cool place.
5With a blender, reduce strawberries (with sugar) to liquid. Set aside.
6Present on a flat plate, with the grout and spiced biscuit crumbs.
