This is so good! Not too spicy but definite has a kick. The spices did a good job covering the fishy flavor but it still tasted like good fish. Will make again

The fish was perfect cooked in the pouch. used some other vegetables. I do not cook fish normally so I under seasoned the pouch. Live an learn!

I loved it. I did cut the Cayenne pepper in half so it wasn’t as hot. The fish was tasty but light.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I had no cumin so I substituted it with fennel seeds and it was really good I added extra cayenne so it had a bite.

It was a very good blend of prices. Slightly sweet with a little bit of a kick, but not over dramatized. Will definitely make it again, may try with other meats and will share with family and friends.

I want to put that rub on everything! Seasoning goes very well together and a great contrast to the light flaky fish. KUDOS!
