Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • onions (Dried)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except minced onion.
  2. Dip steaks in melted butter.
  3. Pat spice mix and minced onions on each steak.
  4. Cook in iron skillet on grill outside for best flavor.
  5. Enough mix for approximately 8 steaks. (Will smoke up kitchen if cooked inside.)(Iron skillet should be heated 5 minutes before adding steaks.)
