    Big hit with the family. Son in law said it was the best blackened salmon he’s had, which is big praise from a pescatarian. The mushroom was good, could have used more pepper flakes for our family.

    I thought this was really tasty and definitely easy to through together. The salmon didn’t blacken evenly and I thought it was a little too salty. Next time I will reduce the salt.
    excellent recipe. I paired this with pesto pasta too
