Used haddock, made the mango salsa based on recipe I got on here. Seriously, the fish came out amazing, make sure you cook it over high enough heat to blacken it, haddock is a bit thicker than a tilapia so ensure you cook for right time before you take off. Don’t flip more than once, and don’t shake the pan around, to keep the black char on it. One of the best I’ve gotten from this app, will definitely be re-using going forward!
