  • Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 pounds pork baby back ribs (trimmed and cut into 4 sections)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup bbq sauce (Blackberry)

    Directions

    1. HEAT oven to 325°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
    2. SEASON ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place in prepared baking dish. Add water to baking dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
    3. REMOVE ribs from baking dish and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Increase oven temperature to 375°F.
    4. BRUSH ribs on both sides with sauce. Bake 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
