  • green Tabasco (you could use, in place of the Chipotle pepper)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile powder (mild, New Mexico chile powder is best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 lime (optional, but recommended)
  • salt (or Vege-sal, to taste)
