    Just okay. Not enough flavoring or substance to hold it together just beans and corn and black rice rolled into a corn tortilla.

    This is a really easy recipe & best part is you can easily switch it up depending on your mood. I added some fresh garlic & 2 seeded jalapeños. It is definitely best when eaten right away as the “crunch” dissipates over time. I also made a dip from sour cream and hot sauce. Would be good with a guacamole sauce as well!
