Ingredients

  • 200 grams beef sirloin
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon (or 1/4 teaspoon salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 white onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups green pepper (red, yellow and/or, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
