  • 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 2 cups corn flakes (crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup Cheez-Its (or gold fish, crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (fresh black, pepper)
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
