  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter (Substitutions available olive oil)
  • cooked shrimp
  • shredded cheese
  • avocado (Sliced)
  • tomato (Chopped)
  • mango (Chopped)
  • green onion (Sliced)
  • hot sauce (Zatarain’s® Cajun)

Directions

  1. Prepare Rice Mix as directed on package.
  2. Divide rice among individual bowls. Serve with toppings, as desired.
  3. Suggested Twists: •Black Beans & Rice Steak Fajita Bowl: Top rice with cooked sliced steak, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, sour cream and guacamole. •Black Beans & Rice Spicy Chicken Bowl: Top rice with shredded or sliced chicken, shredded cheese, salsa, sliced jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
