Delicious, I grilled my corn for extra flavor. Dressing has a nice kick to it.

Love!! Also added garbanzo beans to make it more hearty
I added Southwest grain salad to this. It was very tasty and will make again.

Delicious. I only had 1 can of black beans & added 1/2 cup of chickpeas. Also, added 1 small peach & 1tbs of lime infused vinegar. Used a sweet onion instead of a red. Will definitely make this again.
