Turned out really good and everyone loved it. I live in Uruguay and my South American friends enjoyed the unique flavors. Now I have to find out if I can get more Chili powder down here! For me it reminded me of a bean dip with Corn tortillas addded in. I could eat this with chips or as a casserole though. Thanks!

This is great! No modifications to the recipe, it's wonderful as is, so simple and my household loves it! Definitely on my keepers list.

Omg!!! This is sooooo good. I cooked it just as instructed, but I added olives to the top to finish it off.

It was a hit! I doubled the meat & spices, also added a teaspoon of garlic powder. When layering I added some shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Next time I will replace the sour cream with cheese and double the enchilada sauce.

Very good and tasty, I did not like the tortillas and used corn chips for the layers. Will make again!

Family loved it!! Next time I'll add a can of corn into mix. I used a small can enchilada sauce instead of big can and it worked great.
