One of my go-to recipes. My non-vegan family love it too.

Yummy. I might like more vegies added but this is a keeper recipe. Thank you.

Very good recipe, turned out great. I used caned beans and didn't drain them. I got a very tasty sauce. Did one batch with regular cheese and the other with vegan cheese. Everyone was happy.

Excellent! Easy to make and great taste as I start my vegan journey. Husband is a picky eater, and he loved it too!

Fabulous recipe! The whole family asked for it to be added to the dinner rotation!! Thanks so much!

Black bean enchiladas, with mozzarella cheese and salsa. Super yummy except I would use less green jalapeños next time and either learn how to work with corn tortillas or use flour tortillas next time. ... I broke so many shells making this dish

Awesomeness! It was easy and delicious! One Vegan in the family loved it and the other 6 couldn’t believe it was Vegan! I just didn’t make enough! For some reason it is only letting m3 rate this four stars but it’s definitely five!!! Enjoy!

Added green Chile’s and used less chili powder. Came out better than expected. Going to try with a vegan crumble next time.

Made it several times now! Winner in my house

I added a poblano in addition to the jalopeno and it was awesome!
Joanna Kalota 3 Dec 2018
Delicious! Tasty! I want more and more!

The recipe is okay, I made the sauce with a little less curry and added chipotle and hot sauce. Still not that impressing but still good!

double the next time. Its only vegan if you have vegan cheese
Leah F. 28 Nov 2018
Took them to a vegan pot luck they were great, everyone enjoyed them and they went fast!
Jason Steele 26 Nov 2018
It was delicious! A little too spicy for the kids. I will leave out the jalapeno next time.
Anya Kaywood 19 Nov 2018
It turned out extremely well! It kind of tasted like a chili but in a burrito form and it was very tasty. I would very much make this again but maybe a little different, just to see if it taste better or worse or the same.
Tj Foley 19 Nov 2018
It was really good I added enchiladas sauce instead of tomato sauce
Nancy 18 Nov 2018
Excellent dish! Used salsa instead of tomato sauce. Will reduce the amount of chili powder even more next time - it was still a bit spicy and I only used 1 tablespoon. We’re not vegan so I used real cheese. I will definitely be making this regularly in the future!
Hall 17 Nov 2018
Couldn’t source the correct cheese in the UK. Used passata for the ‘tomato sauce’! Very tasty but quite spicy even after reducing the chilli powder!
Jeremy Stein 7 Nov 2018
Excellent! I will make this dish a regular!
Yvette 3 Nov 2018
Thankful for this recipe. It’s so simple I added veggie taco crumbles, salsa in lieu of paste, daiya cheese; hot sauce on top;yum
Regina P. 3 Nov 2018
Awesome, all enjoyed
Mackenzy Rogers 28 Oct 2018
YUM! So good and so easy! I used one extra jalapeño, extra cumin, and extra cilantro, but I am from Texas and that’s how we like our tex-mex.
Taylor Kehoe 24 Oct 2018
Turned out great! Added a fiesta corn blend, boca ground crumbles, used tomato sauce instead of paste and skipped the cilantro. Delicious and very filling, but leftovers are nothing to complain about. A few drops of mild hot sauce on top really pulls it together if you don’t find it has enough flavor
Gary Spring 22 Oct 2018
It was delicious!!! I’m not sure I’ve ever made anything this great before! The only thing I think I was missing was to make the sauce a bit more saucy. It turned out a bit more like a paste almost, but never the less, it was delicious!!
