This is very good! I had some trouble because my bean mixture was very thick and I didn’t have enough sauce after straining so I added a little water to the sauce I had and that did the trick. I am thinking it’s the type of tomato I used. I also used flour tortillas because I’m not a fan of soft corn.. Overall really tasty!

Made this recipe for my vegan mom. Prep was easy and quick. Excellent recipe. Mom likes them a little spicier. Everything with hot sauce for her! Will make these again!

I made this vegetarian because I used regular cheese. Vegan cheese doesn’t melt well in my opinion. I strayed away from the directions a little they weren’t entirely clear to me. Tastes great though

Very good recipe, turned out great. I used caned beans and didn't drain them. I got a very tasty sauce. Did one batch with regular cheese and the other with vegan cheese. Everyone was happy.

Black bean enchiladas, with mozzarella cheese and salsa. Super yummy except I would use less green jalapeños next time and either learn how to work with corn tortillas or use flour tortillas next time. ... I broke so many shells making this dish

Awesomeness! It was easy and delicious! One Vegan in the family loved it and the other 6 couldn’t believe it was Vegan! I just didn’t make enough! For some reason it is only letting m3 rate this four stars but it’s definitely five!!! Enjoy!
