This is my favorite thing to make for a quick and easy dish! I've made it for Superbowls, parties, or just for me and my family. Super easy to make, and its delicious! (I usually substitute one bell pepper for 2 tomatoes and its still really good)

This was delicious! I didn’t use as much olive oil as it called for and it was still amazing. It was a big hit with my daughter who requested it for her birthday cookout. I will make it again for sure.

Yumbo! I went 4x on ingredients...glad of it because everyone wanted to take some home. Used honey instead of sugar, frozen corn instead of fresh (this time:)...otherwise followed the recipe exact. Will definitely be making it again!

I love this recipe! I like to double up the dressing because it gets absorbed easily by all of the veggies. I also added more cilantro than what the recipe called for.

We liked it. I added more cilantro and left out the tomatoes because my husband’s stomach can’t handle too many tomatoes. I put less cayenne pepper, but it wasn’t hot at all. I could’ve added the required amount of cayenne and I think it would’ve been fine.

This was really good. I did reduce the amount of oil to only 4 tbsp and cut the sugar and salt in half and it was really good. I love limes so this was sure to be a winner. I'll definitely make this again.

Really delicious and couldn't be easier. I used frozen corn instead of fresh but it was still great. Perfect side to go with tacos or tamales. I will definitely be making it again.

Fresh and delicious! I omitted the sugar and added less olive oil than the recipe calls for. This is now a staple at our house!

This turned out really well! But I cut the sugar in half (1tbsp). I need a zester in my life, so I wasn't able to produce much lime zest. The flavors marry wonderfully overnight, but if you have to serve it right away, it still tastes delicious! I also tried it over romaine, as a nice salad topping with a dullop of guacamole.

Great dish. Flavors work perfectly. I use frozen sweet corn and with the black beans and dressing all works great. Sometimes I include some extra limes in the dressing to make it more intense

Always a favorite and pretty quick to put together. It's best if you take care of it before starting in on the rest of the meal so it can marinade for a couple hours in the frig.
