Omg so good used ALITTLE olive oil red wine vinegar and some mustard as the dressing can’t get enough of it will definitely make this again did not use any seasonings yummy also omitted avocados

Super easy and filling, I didn’t have lime so I added lemon instead and added a few corn chips for some carbs :)

Family liked it! Added some cucumbers too. Will make again. I've also made something similar in the past and added quinoa which was also yummy.

Very easy. Tasty dish. I used it as a side dish to chicken quesadillas. The perfect complement to round out my dinner.
