Used 1 cup of buttermilk and little more butter. Turned out nice and moist. Quick and easy biscuit

A little dry, flavor was good and rich. Eating them now, they are reminiscent of savory shortbread. I prefer more flaky texture, perhaps next time would do without the rolling technique

I made these with whole milk and the family loved them. I will be trying them with buttermilk soon.

Excellent. I did not make it with buttermilk just whole milk.

Fairly easy and yummy. I wonder if I could adapt this recipe to be a little more flaky.

Turned out great, I didn't have any buttermilk so I did 1/2 cup of milk and a tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt. Worked out just fine.

Great biscuits! Reminds me of the biscuits my elderly neighbour used to make. This is now one of my go to recipes.

Instead of using a pastry cutter I used my food processor, these biscuits came together like a dream, They looked great and tasted great.

My son and I made these. They were yummy. Thanks for keeping it simple. We are going to make them again, maybe even later today.

really well laid out, easy to navigate and use! having the variety of cuisines along with reviews from other people who've made the dish make it comfortable to use.

Easiest biscuit recipe out there! I have tried several and the more ingredients there are, the more complicated the process is. This recipe you cant mess up! Her directions are great, much more detailed and easier to follow than most. They turn out very satisfying. Days it makes 11, but we only got 6 out of our first batch.

These biscuits are delicious! They are quick and I always have the ingredients on hand, so I know I can make a batch whenever our 3 yo requests them for breakfast! I have never rolled them out, but instead of dropping them into the skillet I flatten them slightly and fold them in half... perfect for holding butter or gravy. I also use my stand mixer to 'beat' them instead of using the rolling pin (because I do not have one), and while I imagine my biscuits are more dense than intended they are still fantastic!
