I've made them 3 times. They are delicious. However sometimes they come out a little drier than i like. So I added 2 more Tablespoons of butter and they were much more moist. Also, I use a convection oven, so i have to cook the biscuts for 12 to 14 minutes.

This worked out so great for me. My mom and I loved it. I altered the recipe some since I was using self rising flour. I did not put any baking soda in it. I also used cane sugar. I did follow the rest of the recipe and it was great. I am going to make some more. Unfortunately, I did burn my thumb a little on the pan, my mittens were not thick enough. I healed already. So be careful when taking the pan from the oven y'all.

great recipe! Easy to make and tasty! Add honey or a little extra salt for your own spin. I added a little extra salt because i had a sweet blackberry jam
