Ready in a flash, the food processor is the star of these delicious biscuit cake balls. Made from 5 simple ingredients, these cookies do not require any baking and are ready in half an hour. Make with your favorite biscuit or wafer cookie.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Maria Biscuits
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams margarine (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 espresso

Directions

  1. Start by crushing the biscuits into the Thermomix cup.
  2. Grind for a few seconds in speed 9.
  3. Add all the ingredients except the egg and set to 10 sec., on speed 3.
  4. Now add the egg and set to1 min., speed 4.
  5. In my case it didn't take as much time.
  6. The blade began to make a different sound and then I turned it off.
  7. Remove the dough to a plate and let it cool.
  8. Form small balls and wrap in white sugar.
  9. Place in paper cups and refrigerate until serving.
  10. Using Bimby, in the case of this recipe, is just like using any blender.
  11. Just follow the order of the ingredients and keep checking the consistency.

I came across these and instantly wanted to try them because they look like those little biscuit/donut things at Chinese restaurants. I love those things and I have always wondered how to make them. I don't know if these are the exact same thing, but it hits pretty close. Absolutely delicious. I know I'll be making them all the time now. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I'm so happy I found it.
