Description

Ready in a flash, the food processor is the star of these delicious biscuit cake balls. Made from 5 simple ingredients, these cookies do not require any baking and are ready in half an hour. Make with your favorite biscuit or wafer cookie.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Maria Biscuits
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams margarine (melted)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 espresso

Directions

  1. 1Start by crushing the biscuits into the Thermomix cup.
  2. 2Grind for a few seconds in speed 9.
  3. 3Add all the ingredients except the egg and set to 10 sec., on speed 3.
  4. 4Now add the egg and set to1 min., speed 4.
  5. 5In my case it didn't take as much time.
  6. 6The blade began to make a different sound and then I turned it off.
  7. 7Remove the dough to a plate and let it cool.
  8. 8Form small balls and wrap in white sugar.
  9. 9Place in paper cups and refrigerate until serving.
  10. 10Using Bimby, in the case of this recipe, is just like using any blender.
  11. 11Just follow the order of the ingredients and keep checking the consistency.
