  • 250 grams blackberries (You can use frozen, just let them thaw)
  • 100 grams powdered sugar (substitute with honey or agave if you prefer)
  • 150 mL cream (full fat)
  • 75 mL semi-skimmed milk
  • 40 grams chocolate (finely grated)
  • 1/2 lemon (organic)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 avocados (very ripe)
  • 400 mL full fat coconut milk (chilled in fridge)
  • 10 dates (soft, soaked if necessary)
  • 6 Tbsp. honey (agave or sweetener after your choice)
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder (high quality)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
