  • 4 tablespoons water (or ch'ongju rice wine or dry vermouth)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 inches fresh ginger (piece of)
  • 3 green onions (white and pale green part only)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
  • vegetables (cup Prepared, 1 each of three or four types, at room temperature)
  • watercress (Fresh Korean)
  • 4 egg yolks (separated)

    Greetings a year ago
    I was rushing and didn’t add the toasted nori. I don’t think I got everything hot enough to cook the egg, next time I will fry it separately. I got the Korean chili sauce from the supermarket and it made the dish. Very good, lots of fresh ingredients. With everything cooked separately you really have to plan, prepare, and stay organized.
