Delicious and easy way to use up cooked rice. I liked the fresh carrots in this better than frozen. I only had Hoisin Sauce instead of Oyster Sauce but it was perfect.

First time making fried rice and it turned out pretty well. The recipes flavours were really nice. Added fried bacon into mine for a bit more substance.

Agree - great base recipe. I added fried tofu tossed in hoisin - soy - oj, used asparagus instead of peas, cut the vegetables larger and kept crisp for more presence and used long grain basmati rice.

Perfect base recipe.. I halved the recipe, used less sesame oil- too overpowering for me. I also added splashes of soy at a time, tasting as the rice fried to reach the goal taste.
