It turn out great! I fold the crepe with cream brûlée ice cream and sprinkle with icing sugar. Everyone loves it!

I've tried to make crepes before and they have never come out right, but this recipes and directions are the most detailed. I'm not sure I needed to refrigerate the mix for 2 hours but they turned out great!

just made these tonight! filed them with a sweetened cream cheese and sliced bananas topped with sliced strawberries and powered sugar! everyone loved therm :-)

Turned out not bad but too eggy for me. And a bit too tough and chewy for making crepe cake. Only suitable for serving right away.
