Yum. Doubled recipe. Sauteed onions before baking so they were soft. Was a little greasy, would use half the butter (didn't double butter).

This was delicious for such a simple to prepare dish. I'm still looking for that something, something that takes creamy to the next level so I may play with it a bit next time but honestly crave-able as is! Will make again! Goes so well with Aunt Bee's meatloaf which is on our table at least once every couple of weeks & in the oven as I write! Yum & thank you!

Excellent!! Family Loved It!! Will definitely be making this dish again. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 45oz of hash browns (bag and a half), kept all the other ingredients the same.
