fairly good. think the cooking time on the steaks were off. but we licked the bowl clean that held the marinade.

This was a pretty good marinade, but I've had better. I would recommend you salt the meat after removing from the marinade.

Great!!! The best steak I have taste yet that was made at home. I did change one thing.... At the last minute I realized that I did not have the soy sauce so I used red wine instead. Turned out fabulous

This is a delicious marinade. It adds great flavor without it becoming overwhelming. I rarely eat my steak without Worcestershire sauce on it, and with this marinade, there was no reason to use any sauce at all. Definitely my new go-to steak marinade!
