Supper sweet! Toooo sweet! Apple juice made it very sweet! Should add crush red pepper to spice it up a bit.

Nice and Easy. Tasty also the day after and even the kids (5 and 2 years old) have appreciated...! The apple juice has been replaced by some pineapple juice, but the result seems still great. We have tested the meat with some wheat wraps (fajitas style).
