Turned out great. I added 1tsp yeast to help with taste. Yes not exact bread match, but great alternative.

Love this! Plan on making a loaf every Sunday for the week! Goes great microwaved a little bit with some butter to go with meat and veggies for dinner. Also was very filling when used for sandwhiches for lunch.

Turned out very well, really tasty with butter, might try adding alittle garlic and onion for more savory bread. The egg taste isn’t off putting.

Super fluffy, good alternative! I sliced it and froze it to be able to store it longer.

It was pretty good. It didnt rise much and had a consistency almost like cornbread but we enjoyed it with butter.

As far as being on keto it was the best bread, however the taste was overly eggy.

OK but I needed more sweetener to calm down the eggy taste but very happy with the carb count being a diabetic

This is an awesome Keto bread recipe. I make once a week and it just works with fried eggs and butter! Fluffy and not dense like others For all my others I will beat the whites before hand like a soufflé to make them less dense

I’m not a keto person, I’m just trying to find a yeast free bread recipe because of an allergy. Not for me, but I’m sure it’s great for this diet.

i have never baked before in my life! i just made this because i found out im prediabetic and need to cut out carbs and sugar. i was nervous but it turned out PERFECT. i couldnt believe it! a thin crispy outside layer and a fluffy inside. i did NOT add the stevia or cream of tartar but its still awesome. if i can make it, anyone can!
it was really good the only thing I changed was the sweetener it was a powder Stevia and I made two loves cuz it was really good

Great texture and flavor (yes, very eggy). I can’t wait to experiment with different toppings on it.

It turned out perfectly. It has a nice texture and while I agree it tastes a little eggy (I added a pinch of stevia) it is not remarkable once you add butter or anything else. I will need a smaller bread pan for this recipe or I will need to double the recipe.

This was delicious! I used almond meal, instead of flour which made it a bit more ‘rustic’ but it still had a fabulous flavour.....and served hot (toasted) with butter was to die for!

I followed this recipe exactly & was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. It baked up beautifully, popped right out of the loaf pan, sliced easily, & tasted really good! My husband really liked it too, so this will probably be a new staple for us! For a previous carb junkie like me, it’s exciting to have an alternative that tastes good!

i didnt like the mixing process it had weird pockets that were a bit mushy and some were grainy. ( the instructions were a bit vague) so i have to fix that but, the taste is really good!

These rolls are great. I achieved the correct consistency by adding a little more coconut flour and psillium husk. While the roll was still warm, I put a little almond butter and monk fruit sweetner sprinled on top. DELICIOUS!! Thanks for the recipe.

It turned out great. I added half a lemon juice to get rid of the excess egg odour. Definitely will continue baking it.
