This was delicious! I used almond meal, instead of flour which made it a bit more ‘rustic’ but it still had a fabulous flavour.....and served hot (toasted) with butter was to die for!

I followed this recipe exactly & was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. It baked up beautifully, popped right out of the loaf pan, sliced easily, & tasted really good! My husband really liked it too, so this will probably be a new staple for us! For a previous carb junkie like me, it’s exciting to have an alternative that tastes good!

i didnt like the mixing process it had weird pockets that were a bit mushy and some were grainy. ( the instructions were a bit vague) so i have to fix that but, the taste is really good!

These rolls are great. I achieved the correct consistency by adding a little more coconut flour and psillium husk. While the roll was still warm, I put a little almond butter and monk fruit sweetner sprinled on top. DELICIOUS!! Thanks for the recipe.

It turned out great. I added half a lemon juice to get rid of the excess egg odour. Definitely will continue baking it.

it's definitely eggy even with the drops of stevia, but I love eggs so i don't mind very much. I might try this recipe with cinnamon or even using it to make French toast!

Great. This is my second loaf and both turned out well. My main go to bread for everything from gravy eggs and toast to burgers.

The downside of it is that it had that eggy taste. I did try the method of placing the eggs in warm water to reduce the taste. Next time I’ll go for less eggs. Overall, the bread did rise and came out looking perfect.

Recipe turned out great. Had a great flavor for me. The texture is going to take some getting used too. But I loved having a piece of toast with my breakfast without blowing my diet.

It turned out very soft and tasty. The egg smell is strong. I did add stevia to mask it. Yet it didn’t help. I am not sure if I will bake it again. If I do I will figure out a way to mask the egg smell.
