    First time making bread and I’m very happy with the turn out. I cut the recipe in half because i live alone, and I added a tab bit more of water when I was kneading the dough as it seemed too dry. In the end I got a lovely crust and soft middle, it was perfect :) P.S. I used regular all-purpose flour since it was what I had already

    Turned out awesome! Used an all-purpose whole wheat flour instead, and it turned out a bit denser than expected, but flavour is great. I saw the note about weighing the flour for the most precise results, and I'll try that out last time! Other than that, I found the dough was a bit dry when kneading, and added slightly more water to compensate.
    Pretty good! Adding the salt at the very end makes it difficult to mix thoroughly, which can make the bread bland in parts. Next time I’ll add the salt halfway through mixing the flour in.

    Coronavirus forced me to do a few things. One of those things is learn how to make bread. This recipe is great and super easy! Bread came out delicious & I’m at ease knowing that even when the shelves at the store are clear, I will always have one thing that we need in our house!

    I only wanted to try it because of the coronovirus and not going shopping as often. Wow surprised at how straight forward this was to make. I used all purpose flour and my 2 bread loafs turned out great! Will make again for sure.

    In light of the Coronavirus, no bread on the shelves.... No problem! This recipe was simple, great step by step Instructions. Turned out fantastic, I used AP flour as that was the only thing on hand and waalaa.. perfect, fluffy, amazing bread.

    Turned out great! Next time might bake it for a few minutes less to make it softer, but it was my first time making bread of any kind and it turned out great! I'm ready to experiment with flavors and varied sweetness!

    This is my go to recipe for fresh bread made each week. I actually mix the water, sugar, yeast and oil and proof it, then add the flour/salt mixture and follow the recipe from there.
