This cake was so good. Made is last week during this pandemic. My family really enjoyed this cake.

This is a moist cake, however, I think it's too much jello because it left an after taste. The icing was delicious but you must keep in the fridge as the puree breaks down and bleeds through the icing net making it thinner.
