- 2 whole chicken legs
- 4 whole cloves garlic (peeled, ends removed Pantry)
- 2 unsalted butter (pats, Optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley (thyme or rosemary, chopped, Optional)

Crispiest, moistest (is that a word?), and easiest chicken to make. Didn't add the butter, but would for free-range chicken. Could be adaptable by changing spices and ingredients.
