Absolutely delicious! However I had to cover them with foil and lowered the temperature cause they were getting cooked way too fast.

Great cookies! Super easy to make.

Wonderful! I had used crunchy peabut butter which gave the texture more of a bumpy feel but it still turned out great! I made mine into a small pop-in-the-mouth type :)

Good, but overly sweet in my opinion

Taste good but didn’t turn out what I expected, it’s needs flour to help rise and make it look like a cookie it was tooo flat

These came out very good. A little sugar heavy tasting without flour though.

Excellent cookies! Everyone at my job loved them too. Interesting texture too because they're crisp and melt in the mouth like cotton candy.

Kinda dry but my peanut butter cookies get that way easy at this high altitude. Otherwise, good and perfect for dipping in coffee

It turned out well. I used creamy peanut butter and I rolled the cookies in sugar before baking them. Didn’t flatten with fork be they came out beautiful. I cooked mine for 10-14 minutes and they still came out soft.

I’m a pretty solid baker so I don’t think I messed anything up... but the consistency of these was way too gritty. I had to apologize to people for the dandy texture. Still tasty though, so not a failure at all. Probably won’t use this recipe again.

Delish. Will make again.

Jessica Perry 26 Aug 2017
I've made a variation of these since I was about 9...as long as you use 1 cup, it doesn't matter if it's white/brown/mixed sugar. Hubby loves how soft they are. I've done both creamy and crunchy peanut butter, almond butter, and cashew butter. They were all good...

These were so good!!
