It was great! I added smoked chicken seasoning and used cooked chicken to cut the cooking time. Short crust pastry on the base and puff pastry on top.

This was so easy and loved the non-fat milk exchange, worked great. I used left over rotisserie chicken so was bit to salty, but my fault. thanks
