Absolutely delish!!! I make bread EVERYDAY! Sometimes three times a day. The teenagers asked me to make this bread twice in one day. Thank godness my breadmachine does all the work. Throw everything in the machine and ABSOLUTELY NO WORRIES!!!

This is by far the BEST of the 12 loaves that I've ever made thus far!!!!! The texture is perfect, the outer crust was crispy but not hard. I personally put an extra teaspoon of white sugar in it and I am so glad that I did. This bread made my whole house smell phenomenal. Combined with the ease of using only a few ingredients and such little time is causing me to bake another as we speak!

Worked well. I only felt the crust was a little gooey and light. maybe that happened because I left it in the pan a little longer after it was done. So U chose a darker crust setting the second time around and removed it right away and it was fine. I also had to add some flour during the second kneeding because it was sticking to the walls and not turning a ball.

Great, but I increased the yeast to 3 rounded teaspoons, raw sugar to 6 teaspoons, and added 3 rounded tablespoons of buttermilk powder. Alternative, this is good with 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and a tablespoon of Tuscan seasoning.

Really just used this for the ingredients, since my bread machine works best by having it all thrown in together. Overall though, it is an awesome recipe. It came out extremely soft, and simply delicious.
