Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounces frozen mixed berries (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 cups yogurt (berry)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts (toasted, chopped)
  • fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Toss berries with sugar. Distribute 1/3 of berries between 4 - 8.5 oz serving glasses. Top with 1/2 the yogurt then whipped cream. Add another 1/3 of berries and remaining yogurt. Swirl together. Add remaining berries. Top with hazelnuts and fresh mint.
